Michael has been instrumental in embracement of electronic audit in the audit process riding on exposure in CaseWare technology and auditing of devolved units, parastatals, NGOS and latest being faith-based organization.
He has rich working knowledge of operations management, with extensive knowledge and experience in Public Institution, Manufacturing, Community Based organization through NGO sensitization, Insurance, SACCO, Dairy co-operatives and pension scheme accounting systems, developing wide range of business development strategies and financial management objectives.
Michael has been instrumental in streamlining Financial Operations, Systems and Record keeping for compliance, formulation of Standard Operating Procedures, Financial system audits, checks and internal controls, Formulation, validation and review of Strategic Plans, developed an operational manual for audit guidelines and checklists for use, developing wide range of business development strategies and financial management objectives besides proficiency in forensic and investigative audit work.
He is member of Institute of Certified public Accountant Kenya (ICPAK) & Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA)
